Siobhàn started her wedding event planner business in 1996 having identified a gap in the market for a fully dedicated wedding event planning service. Her industry peers credit her with increasing public awareness of just what wedding event planning is and ending the myth that it is just for celebrities and the very rich!
Siobhàn is well reputed in the industry and is frequently invited as a guest speaker at industry events as well as appearing regularly on TV and radio.
Siobhàn is known for her creativity and sense of enjoyment. She is adamant that planning a wedding should be as enjoyable as the event itself and strives to ensure it is the case for all her clients.

As the host of this year's event Siobhàn offered cost-cutting advice for anyone concerned about the price of planning their wedding. As one of the UK's leading wedding event experts, Siobhàn really does know all the tricks of the trade. Not only has she organised weddings for some of the UK's favourite stars, including Des O'Connor, Joan Collins and Barbara Windsor, she also has a wealth of experience at planning unforgettable wedding days without a celebrity-sized budget. Siobhàn hosted Lakeside's choreographed catwalk shows which previewed the latest bridal trends and gowns, with tips on styling for prospective brides, grooms and in-laws-to-be. At the end of each show, Siobhàn held a ten minute seminar, which covered a variety of cost-cutting topics to help couples prepare for their perfect day, without breaking the bank.

24th July sees the start of GMTV's 'Married in the Morning' wedding feature with viewers voting for a winning couple. The strand ends on 1st September with the wedding live on GMTV. Siobhàn is adding her expertise to the programme, as well as helping the couple plan their wedding in just 6 weeks and designing the look for their wedding at the winning location. This is the 4th year Siobhàn has been asked to be involved in the project that yields 8 million viewers and over 11,00 entries for the wedding.

Siobhàn provides her top tips on coping with the stress of breaking down or running late for the press release as well as being interviewed on national TV and Radio on the importance of transport for a wedding.

Siobhàn was asked to be the expert speaker at the HTE Schools Wedding Planning course.
On 23rd June Siobhàn was part of an expert panel along with Suzanne Neville, Bridal Dress Designer and Raj Grover, expert cosmetic surgeon that broadcast interviews to 10 regional BBC radio stations. June is the most popular month for weddings in the UK and the panel were there to answer questions on the various aspects of planning a wedding and getting married. It met with great success and was a fun morning for all involved.

Wedding website The Hitching Post launched their TV show Hitched TV on Sky channel 639. Siobhàn was asked to take part in the inaugural show giving advice on planning a wedding in 2006.
